Terms & Conditions – Christmas Giveaway:
- The organiser of this giveaway is HAVENS Horsefeed, Mgr. Geurtsstraat 41, 5823 AC Maashees, the Netherlands.
- Participation is free of charge and is not linked to the purchase of any goods or services. A cash payout of the prize, an exchange of the prize, or transferring the prize to another person is not possible. By participating in this giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- You are eligible to participate if you reside in Europe and submit a timely and correct entry in accordance with the description of the giveaway. Employees of HAVENS, as well as family members of HAVENS employees, are excluded from participation.
- Photos submitted or posted on our social media channels in the context of this giveaway may be used by HAVENS for commercial purposes and on HAVENS websites.
- If you have any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this giveaway, you must contact HAVENS Horsefeed directly.
- The giveaway runs from 11-12-2025 until 21-12-2025.
- Ten winners will be selected at HAVENS’ discretion and announced on 22-12-2025 via email. If a winner does not respond within 3 working days after being notified, HAVENS reserves the right to select a new winner, without the original winner being entitled to any form of compensation. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of winners.
- The prizes will be sent to the winners by post. To do so, the winners must provide their address details. These details will not be shared with third parties. Once the prizes have been dispatched, HAVENS is no longer liable for any loss or damage to the products.
- HAVENS is not liable for any damage suffered by the participant or winner as a result of participating in the giveaway, including but not limited to damages arising from the inability to participate, disqualification, or damages resulting from the use of the awarded products.
- HAVENS reserves the right to terminate, extend, and/or modify the giveaway, prizes, or these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion, without the participant or winner being entitled to claim compensation for any resulting damages.
- In all cases not covered by these terms, HAVENS will decide.
