Spelt wheat ("Dinkel" or "Triticum Spelta") is probably one of the oldest grains is the world. Spelt has a tough hull, or husk, that makes it more difficult to process than modern wheat varieties. Thus, it provides a healthy source of proteins, energy ánd fibers for all horses.
