Dressage-rider Lisa Mariott from Cheshire is one of the UK's promissing dressage-talents.
She trains regularly at the Academy Bartels dressage-school in the Netherlands; the home-stables of Imke Schellekens-Bartels and her mother Tineke Bartels; both dressage-riders of the highest level and crowned with medals at at least 5 Olympic Games or more recently at the Aachen World Equestrian Games.
In december 2006, Lisa performed well at the Myerscough Unaffiliated Dressage Event, where she won both the Novice Qualifier with Vanity Fair and the Prix St. Georges with Safira

TED Clydesdale at the Blenheim Horse Trials 2006.
Probably one of England's most well-known "Rare Breed-horses", Ted also figures in a touching children's book "The Story of Ted".
The Clydesdale is a magnificent horse, recognized for its strength, style, and versatility. One of the heavy draft breeds, the Clydesdale originated in Scotland in the eighteenth century.
